Disclosed is an implant used for building a tunnel under dorsal lingual mucosa, including an implant capable of being implanted on the dorsum of tongue and at least one fixed belt. Once the implant is implanted into the dorsum of tongue, the fixed belt is able to circle the tongue tissue above the implant so as to connect and fix onto the implant, which forms an enclosed connection between the implant and the fixed belt.
