PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid diet pouch with a spout which can be held by one hand while a filling port is kept opened and can reduce a cost without using a special member or requiring a special manufacture process.SOLUTION: A fluid diet pouch with a spout 100 includes: an open end arranged on an upper end and serving as a filling port 4 and a tube 5 as a spout arranged on a lower end. The fluid diet pouch with a spout further includes: a right/left direction zipper 6 on an upper part a thumb placement part 9 arranged on one end of the zipper and placing a thumb therein and an other finger placement part 8 arranged on the other end and placing the other fingers than a thumb. The thumb placement part is formed by a recess in which a right side seal part 2 is recessed inward.
