PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a paste fertilizer left in a fertilizer tank to be reused, and to homogenize the concentration of a chemical in the paste fertilizer regardless of row-stopping operation when applying the paste fertilizer by mixing the chemical with the paste fertilizer.
SOLUTION: A riding-type rice transplanter is equipped with a fertilizing pump 25A having pump parts for fertilizing several rows, extruding the paste fertilizer in the fertilizer tank 23 to fertilizing nozzles 24A installed for each row in a distributed state and enabling the extrusion-stopping operation by each row, a chemical tank 51 for storing the chemical, and a chemical pump 52 for joining the chemical in the chemical tank 51 to the flow path of the paste fertilizer. The chemical pump 52 has the pump parts 52a for several fertilizing rows, joins the chemical in the chemical tank 51 to the flow paths of the paste fertilizer for each row, at the downstream of the fertilizer pump 25A in the distributed state, and is synchronized with a row-stopping operation by each row in the fertilizing pump 25A so that the chemical feed to the row-stopped flow path of the paste fertilizer can be stopped.
