PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a tea leaf extract capable of extracting a tea leaf extraction from unrefined tea.SOLUTION: The production method of a tea leaf extract comprises: an extraction step for extracting unrefined tea using natural mineral water, electrolytic water or mixed water thereof at a prescribed temperature and a filtration step for removing tea grounds from the extract extracted in the extraction step. The produced tea leaf extract can be used for a tea granule preferably, and the tea granule can be produced using a fluid bed granulator 2. The fluid bed granulator comprises a granulation tank 4 and a spray device 16, heated air is supplied into the granulation tank for floating tea powders, then in a floated state of the tea powders, the tea leaf extract is sprayed from the spray device for making the tea powders granules.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】荒茶から茶葉抽出液を抽出することができる茶葉抽出液の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】荒茶を所定温度において天然ミネラル水、電解水又はこれらの混合水で抽出する抽出工程と、この抽出工程にて抽出した抽出液から茶殻を除去する濾過工程とを含む茶葉抽出液の製造方法。このように製造した茶葉抽出液は、茶顆粒物に好都合に用いることができ、流動層造粒機2を用いて製造することができる。この流動層造粒機は、造粒槽4及びスプレー装置16を備え、この造粒槽内に加熱空気を送給して茶粉末を浮遊させ、茶粉末の浮遊状態においてスプレー装置から茶葉抽出液を噴霧して茶粉末を顆粒状にする。【選択図】図1
