PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front mower-type riding lawn mower designed to be short, in a grass-gathering system ranging from a mowering part in front of driving wheels to a blower so as to enable the machine body constitution to be made compact.SOLUTION: The front mower-type riding lawn mower comprises the right and left driving wheels 4 that function to make a travel support of the machine body, while receiving engine mechanical power via a speed-variable transmission unit 3 a mower 5 supported in front of the driving wheels 4 a grass-gathering duct 6 and a grass-gathering blower 7 for gathering cut grass from the mower 5 and an operating unit 8 for operating the above equipment.
