The present invention relates to a syringe with needle tip protection cover, which comprises a barrel, a pushing member, a needle, and a needle tip safety assembly. The barrel has a barrel first end and a barrel second end. The pushing member has a pushing end and is inserted in the barrel capable of moving relative to the barrel. The needle has a needle connector and a hollow tube communicated with each other. The needle connector is fixed at the barrel second end, and the hollow tube has a needle tip. The needle tip safety assembly is inserted in the hollow barrel body and the hollow tube capable of moving relative to them, and has a needle sheath portion. During the process of moving the pushing end from the barrel first end to the barrel second end, it will contact and push the needle tip safety assembly to make the needle sheath portion extending out of the hollow tube, so when the needle sheath portion exceeds the needle tip, the needle tip will be covered and prevented from contacting with outside.
