An absorptive and one-way compressible entero-intestinal stapler comprising a first through-tube portion (1) and a second through-tube portion (2) is disclosed. The first through-tube portion (1) is movable back and forth with respect to the second through-tube portion (2), and the first and second through-tube portions (1, 2) cannot be separated. The first through pipe portion (1) and the second through pipe portion (2) each have a large end (11, 21) and a small end. The large ends (11, 21) are used to secure the intestinal tract, and the small end of the second through-tube portion (2) is received within the small end of the first through-tube portion (1). The two large ends (11, 21) are the same size and when the first through-tube portion (1) moves relative to the second through-tube portion (2), the two large ends (11, 21) 21) are drawn together and intestinal-intestinal and end-to-end anastomoses are achieved.
