PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or preventing overactive bladder.SOLUTION: The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing (2RS)-2-(4-chlorobenzoyl amino)-3-(2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline-4-yl) propanoic acid or a salt thereof to administer into the vagina or to the vulva.
