The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dental plaster blocks, and in a method for manufacturing dental plaster blocks in which multiple teeth models are processed from one dental plaster block, comprising: preparing a molding frame suitable for the size and thickness of a dental plaster block to be made； inserting gypsum hemihydrate, a acryl resin, and a colorant, which are materials for a dental plaster block, according to the color wanted, into a common mixing device； mixing the materials with watetr； stirring the materials by a vibrator； injecting the materials into the molding frame； removing the injected, mixed materials from the molding frame when hardening thereof is completed； and drying the remved dental plaster block by putting in a drying furnace for removing moisure thereof. The dental plaster block manufactured by the method for manufacturing dental plaster block of the present invention are provided with multiple plasted models for dental at the same time, and thereby, can easily cut the dental models when proccessedin a CAM cutting and processing machine and produce effect of remarkably reducing the amount of processing hours.본발명은 치과용 석고블록 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 하나의 치과용 석고블록에서 다수 개의 치아모형을 가공하는 치과용 석고블록 제조방법에 있어서, 먼저 만들고자 하는 치과용 석고블록의 크기와 두께에 맞는 성형틀을 준비한 후, 원하는 색상에 맞추어 치과용 석고블록 원료인 반수석고, 아크릴수지, 착색제를 관용의 혼합기에 투입하고 물을 혼합한 후, 바이브레이터로 진공교반하며, 이 후 성형틀에 주입하고, 상기 주입된 혼합물이 경화가 완료되면 성형틀에서 탈형하며, 상기 탈형된 치과용 석고블록의 수분을 제거하기 위하여 건조로에 넣고 건조시키는 것으로,본발명 치과용 석고블록 제조방법에 의해 제조된 치과용 석고블록은 다수 개의 치과용 석고모형을 동시에 장착함으로써, CAM 절삭가공기에서 치아모형을 가공시 간편하게 절삭할 수 있고 가공시간을 단착시킬 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
