The present invention relates to a method for determining body conditions for a thermotherapy device, and more specifically, to a method for determining body types for a thermotherapy device, comprising: scanning the entire backbone of a user by operating a moxibustion device via a control portion using a horizontal motor； calculating the backbone length of the body by measuring the operation current of the horizontal motor； and precisely detecting the location of the cervical vertebrae, the thoracic vertebrae, the lumbar vertebrae and the coccyx constituting the backbone, respectively, to calculate the places on the body suitable for acupuncture and to use the places for thermotherapy.La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination de caractéristiques du corps pour un dispositif de thermothérapie, et plus spécifiquement un procédé de détermination des types de régions corporelles pour un dispositif de thermothérapie, ce procédé consistant à parcourir toute la colonne vertébrale d'un utilisateur par actionnement d'un dispositif de moxibustion au moyen d'une unité de commande dotée d'un moteur horizontal, à calculer la longueur de la colonne vertébrale par mesure du courant de fonctionnement du moteur horizontal, et à détecter avec précision l'emplacement respectif des vertèbres cervicales, des vertèbres thoraciques, des vertèbres lombaires et du coccyx formant la colonne vertébrale, afin de calculer les points d'acupuncture du corps et d'utiliser ces points pour la thermothérapie.본 발명은 온열치료기용 신체조건 판단방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 제어부가 수평 모터를 이용하여 온구기를 구동하여 사용자의 전체 척추를 스캔하고, 상기 수평모터의 동작 전류를 측정하여 인체의 척추길이를 산정하고, 척추를 구성하는 경추, 흉추, 요추, 미추의 각각의 위치를 정확히 파악함으로써, 그 사람에 맞는 경혈점을 산출하여 온열 치료에 이용하도록 하는 온열치료기용 신체체형 판단방법에 관한 것이다.
