The present invention provides a cabinet for handling items of a categorizable list, comprising a drawer. The cabinet includes a set of storage containers each associated with a drawer. Each set of storage vessels is associated with a respective set of shafts. Each storage container has a locking element for locking the lid. The cabinet further comprises a set of actuators associated with each shaft for rotating the shaft to unlock the locking elements.
