PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tube for endoscopes which shows excellent peroxide resistance and alkaline resistance and has high repulsion properties.SOLUTION: The flexible tube 12 includes a flexible tube body 20 and a sheath tube 30 for covering the periphery of the flexible tube body 20. The sheath tube 30 has an inner layer 31, an outer layer 32 provided outside the inner layer 31, and an intermediate layer 33 provided between the inner layer 31 and the outer layer 32. The inner layer 31 is formed of a polyester elastomer having a shore A hardness of 55° or less or a polyether urethane elastomer having a shore A hardness of 70-85°. The intermediate layer 33 is formed of a polyester elastomer having a shore A hardness of 80-98°. The outer layer 32 is formed of a polyether urethane elastomer having a shore A hardness of 70-98°.
