PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, when a plurality of types of irradiation light beams with different spectra are sequentially applied to a subject, a frequency of applying white light to the subject is reduced, thereby lowering a refresh rate of an image of a subject irradiated with the white light.SOLUTION: The light source apparatus includes: a light source for exiting white light a rotary turret on which a plurality of types of specific-wavelength light passage areas that take out light with different wavelength bands from the white light entering from the light source, are aligned in a circumferential direction and white light passage areas for passing the white light are disposed in the circumferential direction, with their aligned between respective specific-waveform light passage areas and drive means that rotates the rotary turret so as to alternately insert the specific-waveform light passage areas and the white-light passage areas in a white light optical path at timing synchronized with a prescribed imaging period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】スペクトルの異なる複数種類の照射光を被写体に順次照射する構成であると、白色光を被写体に照射する頻度が低下することから、白色光により照射された被写体の画像のリフレッシュレートが低下する。【解決手段】光源装置を、白色光を射出する光源と、光源より入射される白色光から夫々異なる波長域の光を取り出す複数種類の特定波長光通過領域が円周方向に並べて配置され、更に、該白色光を通過させる白色光通過領域が該円周方向であって、各該特定波長光通過領域の間に並べて配置された回転式ターレットと、回転式ターレットを回転させることにより、特定波長光通過領域と白色光通過領域とを、所定の撮像周期と同期したタイミングで白色光の光路に交互に挿入する駆動手段とを備える構成とした。【選択図】図3
