The present invention relates to a composition for forming a room temperature curable polysiloxane-containing film, a film manufactured by the composition, and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for forming the film at room temperatures by separating and storing a first composition comprising a polysiloxane including two or more vinyl groups and a hydroxylylation catalyst and a second composition comprising the polysiloxane containing two or more Si-H groups, and then mixing and coating the same before applying the same to a skin complex or sequentially applying the same. The composition for forming the room temperature curable film is convenient since the composition has less environmental, physical, and economic constraints.본 발명은 상온 경화성 폴리실록산 함유 필름 형성 조성물, 상기 조성물로 제조된 필름 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 2 이상의 비닐기(-vinyl)를 포함하는 폴리실록산 및 하이드록실릴화 촉매를 포함하는 제1조성물； 및 2 이상의 Si-H기를 포함하는 폴리실록산을 포함하는 제2조성물을 분리 저장한 후, 피부착물에 적용하기 전에 혼합하여 도포하거나, 순차적으로 도포하여 상온에서 필름을 형성 하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
