An inflatable artificial pneumoperitoneum bag (800) for receiving tissue (840) during laparoscopic surgery has a tissue-receiving opening at a proximal end thereof defined by a cuff (811) at the proximal opening. The cuff (811) has a closed configuration for delivery and retrieval of the bag (800) and an open configuration to receive tissue. The cuff (811) is biased into the open configuration. The bag (800) has a main body which extends from the cuff and the main body of the bag is more flexible than the cuff (811). A biasing element (815) biass the cuff (811) into the open configuration. A tether (809) is used to close the bag for retrieval. The bag (800) creates an artificial pneumoperitoneum which isolates tissue within the bag.Linvention concerne un sac de pneumopéritoine artificiel gonflable (800), destiné à recevoir un tissu (840) pendant une opération chirurgicale laparoscopique, qui comprend une ouverture de réception de tissu à une extrémité proximale de ce dernier, définie par un manchon (811) au niveau de louverture proximale. Le manchon (811) présente une configuration fermée pour poser et récupérer le sac (800) et une configuration ouverte pour recevoir un tissu. Le manchon (811) est sollicité dans la configuration ouverte. Le sac (800) présente un corps principal qui sétend à partir du manchon et qui est plus flexible que le manchon (811). Un élément de sollicitation (815) sollicite le manchon (811) dans la configuration ouverte. Un lacet dattache (809) est utilisé pour fermer le sac en vue dune récupération. Le sac (800) crée un pneumopéritoine artificiel qui isole un tissu à lintérieur du sac.
