The invention relates to a natural-substance combination containing at leastone glycyrrhetinic acid and at least oneguggulsterone, and to the use thereof for cosmetic applications. The inventionrelates in particular to vesicles (in particular fortopical application) that contain at least one glycyrrhetinic acid and atleast one guggulsterone. Said vesicles are preferably added toa cream, a lotion, or a gel, wherein the resulting cream, the resultinglotion, or the resulting gel is used for the cosmetic and/ordermatological treatment of the skin and/or for preventing the manifestationof cellulite and/or aged skin and/or for treating changesin the subcutaneous fat tissue or connective tissue, such as lipomas and otherunspecific subcutaneous fat deposits, or for resolvingor reducing non-pathological fat pads, such as fat pads in the face and neckregion, for example lachrymal sacs.
