Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Zusammensetzung, die einen Aromatase-Inhibitor / - Inaktivator und α-Liponsäure und/oder Grüntee-Extrakt enthaltend Polyphenole enthält. Die Kombination aus einem Aromatase-Inhibitor bzw. -Inaktivator und α-Liponsäure und/oder Grüntee-Extrakt enthaltend Polyphenole ist besonders geeignet zur Behandlung von sexualhormonabhängigen Erkrankungen sowie zur Behandlung von gutartigen Tumoren wie z.B.
