The present invention relates to a water-dispersible cellulose nanofiber dispersion which is dispersed in aqueous solutions and in which an alcohol group in cellulose-based raw materials is substituted with a carboxyl group. The water-dispersible cellulose nanofiber dispersion of the present invention is soft and less sticky compared to existing cellulose, and nanofibers formed in skin can improve moisturizing functions and elasticity.
