The invention relates to a roller cylinder (1) comprising band rings (6) which are attached to a centre axis (17, 17a, 17b). The roller cylinder comprises at least two band ring segments (14, 14a, 14b) consisting of an outer, substantially circular portion (15), an inner portion (16) and a radial portion (18) extending substantially radially between the inner and outer portions, said inner portions of the band ring segments being fixed by means of fastening means, such as screws (19, 20, 19a, 20a, 21a, 19b, 20b, 21b), to the centre axis and abut the centre axis at least at the attachment points of the fastening means between the inner portion of the band ring segments and the centre axis. The invention also relates to a band ring segment included in a roller cylinder provided with band rings.Linvention concerne un cylindre rouleau (1) comprenant des anneaux de ruban (6) qui sont fixés à un axe central (17, 17a, 17b). Le cylindre rouleau comprend au moins deux segments (14, 14a, 14b) danneau de ruban constitués dune partie extérieure (15) sensiblement circulaire, dune partie intérieure (16) et dune partie radiale (18) sétendant sensiblement radialement entre les parties intérieure et extérieure, lesdites parties intérieures des segments danneau de ruban étant fixées au moyen déléments de fixation, tels que des vis (19, 20, 19a, 20a, 21a, 19b, 20b, 21b), à laxe central et jouxtant laxe central au moins au niveau des points de fixation des éléments de fixation entre la partie intérieure des segments danneau de ruban et laxe central.
