PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder cosmetic which can make the dullness and the uneven coloring of the skin further inconspicuous.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a powder cosmetic containing the following components (A) and (B): (A) 0.1-50 mass% of iron oxide-covering titanium oxide with a specific surface of 5-50 m2/g； and (B) 3-35 mass% of boron nitride. In the component (A), titanium oxide before treatment is formed by aggregation of a fan-like rutile type titanium dioxide in which particles with a size of a side of 0.05-0.2 μm and thickness of 0.02-0.1 μm are aggregated and/or bound.
