PURPOSE: A UV blocking powder cosmetic composition is provided for people who cannot use a UV blocking agent due to sensitive skin, or the people who use a UV blocking cream which has severe milky water phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A UV blocking cosmetic composition comprises: zinc oxide 20%, and titanium dioxide 10%. A UV blocking cosmetic comprises: mica (32.73%), zinc oxide (20%), chest nut shell powder (20%), silica (12%), titanium dioxide (10%), caprylic alcohol / capric triglyceride (4%), polyglyceryl -10 laurate (1%), tocopheryl acetate (0.2%), king orange peel oil (0.05%), papain (0.01%), and hydrolyzed silk.
