PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and clarify the causes of changes in viscosity, and to develop a cosmetic where a hydrogenated lecithin is compounded in an appropriate viscosity range as a milky lotion.SOLUTION: A milky lotion cosmetic includes a hydrogenated lecithin and an acrylic series polymer.
