An improved process to Significantly Reduce Anti Nutritional Factors and to improve digestibility with respect to Proteins and Carbohydrates in all Oil Seed Meals i.e. De Oiled Cakes of Oil Seeds like Cottonseed / Mustard seed / Canola Seed / Rapeseed / Castor seed / Soyabean / Groundnut / Sal seed / Jatropa etc and Guar korma, Guar meal, Guar Churi, Rice Bran and Deoiled Rice Bran a) The pre-processed i.e. cleaned / cracked / dehulled Cottonseed / Mustard seed / Canola Seed / Rapeseed / Castor seed / Soyabean / Groundnut / Sal seed / Jatropa etc or Guar korma / Guar meal / Guar Churi / Rice Bran are taken into the single or multi-stage cooking device with agitation in presence of live and jacketed steam , which is then feed to the flaker. b) To the flaked material obtained at step (a) a required quantity of diluted solution/powder of NaOH in presence of live steam is been added at a single / multiple stages of the conditioner. The treated material is feed to the Expander / Extruder with or without die-plate and with live and jacketed steam. The material is then feed to the dryer cooler for reducing the moisture and temperature, which is then feed to the extractor (batch /continous). c) The extraction is carried out using solvents such as Hexane to obtain miscella (oil + hexane) and solvent wetted deoiled meal. The miscella is either sent for Miscella Refining (Especially of cottonseed / Rapeseed / Mustard / Ricebran) where it is subjected to refining in presence of nitrogen with excess quantity (as required for reduction free fatty acid and colouring matter in oil) of NaOH solution to obtain Neutral Miscella and soap with hexane which is either added to Desolventiser Toaster or dried in thin film evaporator or to distillation to obtain oil and hexane separately. d) Subjected de-oiled cake/meal of step a-c are treated in a DE-SOLVENTIZTION / TOASTER EQUIPMENT single or multi staged in presence of alkali hydroxides of strong or weak nature, in presence of direct heat
