Disclosed is a composition comprising a combination of a predetermined cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor of a Class I histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor to enhance antitumor activity. A further method of administering these compositions as an immunotherapy for inhibiting regulatory T cells in renal cell carcinoma is further disclosed.항종양 활성도를 향상시키기 위한 클래스 I 히스톤 데아세틸라제(HDAC) 저해제의 예정된 세포사 단백질 1(PD-1) 저해제의 조합물을 포함하는 조성물이 개시된다. 신장 세포 암종에서 조절 T 세포를 억제시키기 위한 면역요법으로서 이들 조성물을 투여하는 방법이 추가로 개시된다.
