PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment agent composition containing noble metal fine particles, which inhibits an odor derived from noble metal, and further easily maintains the effect of inhibiting the fading of dyed hair.SOLUTION: The hair treatment agent composition contains: noble metal particles aldonic acids and saccharide. The composition preferably contains platinum fine particles as the noble metal fine particles. The composition preferably contains gluconic acids as the aldonic acids.
