PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when mounting a traveling wheel to a rotor plate.SOLUTION: A tilling rotor 2 includes a rotor shaft 5 having a square cylinder shaft 9 at the center part of the lateral outside end. The rotor plate 3 mounted to the lateral outside end of the tilling rotor 2 includes: a base part three extended parts 3A extended radially outward from the equally spaced positions in the circumferential direction of the base part and shaped to curve onto the tilling rotor 2 side toward the extended end side two through-holes 3B formed between the extended parts 3A in the circumferential direction of the base part and a rectangular shaft 11 provided at the center part of the base part, fitted into the square cylinder shaft 9, and formed with an insertion hole 11A of round cylinder shape serving as a journal part for supporting a support shaft 14 by inserting the support shaft 14, made of a round shaft of the traveling wheel 4, into the center part.
