PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the risk of generating and for pushing aside and generating a large amount of soil push and mudflow caused by the end of a land leveling rotor working near planted seedlings or sown field.SOLUTION: The land leveling rotor 53 consists of an end rotor part 53B located on an end side in a horizontal direction and a central rotor part 53A located on a central side in the horizontal direction.
