The present invention provides a method for producing a multilayer micro-needle. The method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing an intaglio-shaped mold corresponding to a micro-needle to be produced； (b) filling the mold in a chamber, and depressurizing the inside of the chamber； (c) coating a micro-needle first raw material on the mold in the depressurized chamber； (d) hardening the micro-needle first raw material fed in the mold； (e) producing a needle groove on the top surface of the hardened first micro-needle first raw material； (f) depressurizing the inside of the chamber, and coating a micro-needle second raw material on the top surface of the micro-needle first raw material having the needle groove formed thereon in the depressurized chamber； and (g) hardening the micro-needle second raw material fed in the top surface of the micro-needle first raw material.본 발명은 (a) 제조하고자 하는 마이크로 니들에 대응하는 음각 형상의 몰드를 마련하는 단계； (b) 상기 몰드를 챔버에 장입하고, 챔버 내부를 감압하는 단계； (c) 상기 감압된 챔버 내에서, 상기 몰드에 마이크로 니들 1차 원재료를 도포하는 단계； (d) 상기 몰드에 주입된 마이크로 니들 1차 원재료를 경화시키는 단계； (e) 상기 경화된 1차 마이크로 니들 1차 원재료의 상면에 니들홈을 형성하는 단계； (f) 상기 챔버의 내부를 감압하고 감압된 챔버 내에서 니들홈이 형성된 마이크로 니들 1차 원재료의 상면에 마이크로 니들 2차 원재료를 도포하는 단계； 및 (g) 상기 마이크로 니들 1차 원재료의 상면에 주입된 마이크로 니들 2차 원재료를 경화시키는 단계；를 포함하는 복층 마이크로 니들 제조방법을 제공한다.
