PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for a disposable body warmer, which is advantageous for cost and which can be excellently printed on the outside surface of a bag when used as the bag, and a disposable body warmer using the film.SOLUTION: A disposable body warmer film 1 (1A and 1B) is formed of: a foam layer 2 composed mainly of a polyolefin-based resin and formed of communication bubbles 24 and a non-foam layer 3 composed mainly of a polyolefin-based resin and formed of a number of through holes 31. The film has a communication structure formed of the communication bubbles 24 and the through holes 31 from one face to the other face.
