The present invention relates to an infrared bed including infrared lamps mounted on the bottom portion of the bed, an upper board mounted above the infrared lamps, made of retinispora, and having a plurality of light radiation holes and a plurality of through-holes for precious serpentine jades, and precious serpentine jades mounted into the through-holes. The infrared bed can be separately controlled according to a time and a position, and can emit infrared rays, far-infrared rays, and phytoncide.
