PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal digital assistant with a simple configuration, which measures a degree of fatigue without neither consciousness nor pain in user and notifies the user of a fatigue state.SOLUTION: The wristwatch type personal digital assistant includes: a near infrared ray irradiation part 11 for irradiation a human body with a near infrared ray a fatigue analyzing part 12 for analyzing the degree of fatigue by analyzing an absorption spectrum with the use of reflection light after the irradiation of the near infrared ray from the near infrared ray irradiation part 11 and a control part 6 for performing control to notify the user of the analysis result of the degree of fatigue.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 簡便な構成で、ユーザが痛みなくかつ無意識のうちに疲労度を測定でき、また、ユーザに疲労状態を通知することが可能な携帯端末を提供すること。【解決手段】 本発明による腕時計型の携帯端末は、近赤外線を人体に照射する近赤外線照射部11と、この近赤外線照射部11から近赤外線を照射した後の反射光により吸収スペクトルを解析することによって、疲労度を分析する疲労分析部12と、この疲労度の分析結果をユーザに通知制御する制御部6とを含むことを特徴としている。【選択図】 図2
