The present invention relates to a filter cap for a syringe and a manufacturing method of the same. According to the present invention, the filter cap can improve the suction of an injection fluid by reducing the outside diameter of a metal tip and enlarging the suction diameter of a filter and can enable the metal tip to be easily inserted into a rubber cap of a vial with little force by reducing the outside diameter of the metal tip.
