Disclosed is an optical imaging system capable of improving reliability and accuracy of diagnosis and effectively observing a lesion. The optical imaging system according to the present invention comprises: a first light source generator which generates a first light source which is modulated to a first frequency； a second light source generator which generates a second light source which is modulated to a second frequency； and a single camera which simultaneously detects complex emitting light sources which are emitted after the first and second light sources are irradiated on an object and output complex image detecting signals. Furthermore, the optical imaging system comprises an image processing unit which processes the complex image detecting signals to obtain a first image to express the shape of the object and a second image to express a desired target part of the object. According to the present invention, the optical imaging system is able to simultaneously obtain fluorescent signals which are hard to be obtained in a general color image, and accurately map the lesion, thereby providing information including a location, a size and a transfer degree of the lesion.진단의 신뢰성과 정확성을 높이고 효율적으로 병소를 관찰할 수 있는 광학영상 시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 광학영상 시스템은 제1 주파수로 변조된 제1 광원을 생성하는 제1 광원 발생기와, 제2 주파수로 변조된 제2 광원을 생성하는 제2 광원 발생기를 포함하며, 제1,2 광원들이 대상체에 조사된 후 방출되는 복합 방출광원들을 동시에 검출하여 복합 영상검출 신호를 출력하는 단일의 카메라를 포함한다. 또한, 광학영상 시스템은 복합 영상검출 신호를 처리하여 상기 대상체의 모양을 나타내는 제1 영상과 상기 대상체 중의 원하는 타겟 부분을 나타내는 제2 영상을 획득하는 영상 처리부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일반컬러영상에서 얻기 어려운 형광신호를 동시에 얻고, 정확한 매핑이 가능하여 병소의 위치와 크기, 전이 정도에 관한 정보가 정확하고 신뢰성 있게 제공된다.
