PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold reserving member which can cool a body or a commodity at lower temperature for a long time without contaminating the environment where the member is placed.SOLUTION: The cold reserving member 10 comprises a foaming resin member 11 having a self water-absorptivity and containing water, and a housing member 12 made of either a waterproof and air-permeable material or a water-impermeable material, for housing the foaming resin member 11.
