PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption type preparation useful not only in the point of preparation safety, but also in the point of use feeling for a patient side.SOLUTION: This percutaneously absorption type preparation including an absorption accelerator and a drug is provided by using alkali-ionized water having a skin-penetrating function as the absorption accelerator. By using the alkali-ionized water as the absorption accelerator, it becomes possible that to say nothing of edaravone, tramadol hydrochloride having a higher water solubility than that of the edaravone and others such as flurbiprofen etc., can be used as the drug in the percutaneous absorption type preparations. Since azone and an alcohol conventionary used as the absorption accelerators have the fault of reducing skin barrier function, and the percutaneous absorption type preparation of using the alkali-ionized water does not have such the fault, the preparation is useful not only in the point of preparation safety but also in the point of use feeling for the patient side.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】製剤的な安全性の面だけでなく、患者側の使用感という面においても有用な経皮吸収型薬剤の提供。【解決手段】吸収促進剤と薬剤とを備える経皮吸収型薬剤において、吸収促進剤として、皮膚浸透性機能を有するアルカリイオン水を用いる。吸収促進剤としてアルカリイオン水を用いると、薬剤として、エダラボンはもちろん、エダラボンと比較して水溶性の高い塩酸トラマドール、その他フルルビプロフェンなども、経皮吸収型薬剤中の薬剤として利用することもできる。この経皮吸収型薬剤は、従来より吸収促進剤として用いられていたエイゾンや、アルコールは、皮膚バリア能を低下させてしまう欠点があったが、アルカリイオン水を用いると、このような欠点がないので、製剤的な安全性の面だけでなく、患者側の使用感の面でも有用である。【選択図】なし
