In addition, the response range is similar to the conditions in the human body, and the response range is rapid, showing sufficient response sensitivity, thus being very advantageous as a drug carrier or a biosensor in the body, and especially having a sufficient internal space therein. When used as, it shows a markedly high drug filling capacity.본 발명은 온도와 pH에 응답 가능한 덴드리머-선형 고분자 공중합체 및 이를 포함하는 약물 전달체 또는 바이오 센서에 관한 것이며, 본 발명의 여러 구현예에 따른 고분자 화합물은 체내 비독성이면서 온도와 pH에 모두 응답 가능할 뿐 아니라, 그 응답 범위가 인체 내의 조건과 유사한 범위이고, 응답 폭이 급격하여 충분한 응답 민감도를 보여, 따라서 체내 약물 전달체 또는 바이오 센서로서 매우 유리하며, 특히 그 내부에 충분한 내부 공간을 지니고 있어 약물 전달체로서 사용되었을 때 현저히 높은 약물 충진능을 보인다.
