The present invention provides a copolymer consisting of a mole fraction of NIPAAm and VIm of 0.8: 0.2 to 0.95: 0.05 and a compound for pH-temperature sensitive small intestinal target drug delivery comprising the same. The copolymer may control the mixing molar ratio of NIPAAm and VIm, thereby controlling the LCST of the copolymer.
