PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper for low-birth-weight babies allowing a user to easily change a size according to the body size of a wearer and to easily acquire the weight of the diaper after the size change.SOLUTION: This diaper 1 for low-birth-weight babies is divided into a plurality of sections 1A-1E by width-directional perforations 10 formed along the width direction of the diaper at some intervals apart in the longitudinal direction of the diaper. This diaper 1 is configured that a part of the sections is cut off by tearing it along any width-directional perforation 10, and one in the back side thereof or a plurality of continued sections are defined as residual use parts. In this diaper for low-birth-weight babies, each section 1A-1E has a weight display 20 for displaying the weight of itself and the weight of the whole sections located rearward the self.
