PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for preventing a pet from being hurt, even in the case that a sliding door is opened when the pet is passing through an opening.SOLUTION: A sliding door 1 has an opening through which a pet can pass where the opening is positioned at a cut end 1a on the closing side of the sliding door in the width direction, and is formed at a position having a residual part 1c between the position and a lower end of the sliding door in the height direction.
