A system for imaging at least two volumes of a patient comprises: one or more imagers (101) configured to image one volume of a patient to be imaged; at least one patient support (160) configured to move the patient between a first position within the one or more imagers for determining an input function and at least one second position within the one or more imagers for scanning at least one second volume of the patient; one or more controller systems (120); one or more user interfaces (130); and an injector (140) configured to administer at least one controlled dose of one or more tracer when the patient is in at least the first position and optionally at least one of the at least one second position; wherein the one or more controller systems uses an image derived input function from the first volume to determine at least kinetic parameters of the at least one second volume of the patient.
