The present invention relates to a crop cultivating and circulating system and, more specifically, to a crop cultivating and circulating system in which crops are cultivated while a crop tray receiving the crops therein is circulated, wherein crop cultivating and circulating system can cultivate various crops, economically cultivating and harvesting many crops in a narrow space, and allow the crop tray to move without shaking at the time of crop growth and movement. The crop cultivating and circulating system comprises: a housing having a space formed therein； a support having frames installed in vertical and longitudinal directions inside the space of the housing； gears rotating on both ends of the support, wherein each of the gears has grooves formed in an outer circumference and spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals； a power motor provided at one end of the support, and connected to the gear to rotate the gear； a roller chain connected to the gears installed on both ends of the support, and including rollers safely combined with the grooves of the gears and hinge shafts installed at one side surface； crop trays each including a hinge hole formed in an upper portion so as to be inserted into and coupled to the hinge shaft of the roller chain, a support portion extended from the center portion below the hinge hole by a predetermined length, and a receiving portion installed inside the end of the support portion so as to receive crops； horizontal control units each including brackets which are installed on lower ends of the crop trays, spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval, and have screw shafts formed at the centers, and weights having screw holes formed in the central shafts so as to be coupled to screw shafts of the brackets； and a water supply tube installed at one side surface of the support to supply water to both side surfaces of each of the crop trays.본 발명은 작물재배순환장치에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 작물을 작물트레이에 내설하여 순환시켜 재배하는 장치로 다양한 작물을 재
