System of immobilisation in case of jaw fractures contains for one damaged jaw, at least, one strip splint from rigid material, perforated with many transversally oriented fissure openings, and fastening elements. Fastening element represents belt with lock on one end for fastening in it of free end of belt and is made with possibility of fiation of splint part on dentition by strainer of flexible belt around tooth through fissure openings in strip splint with placement of lock on frontal side of strip splint, and belt loop transversally to strip splint. Lock is made additionally in form of means for fastening of external suspension.
