PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a water surface-floating agrochemical granule having excellent basic performance such as floatability, diffusibility, etc., on a water surface, industrially, efficiently and smoothly.SOLUTION: The method for producing the water surface-floating agrochemical granule comprises a process for obtaining a composition for the agrochemical granule by kneading a mixture composed of an agrochemical active component, a plastic fine hollow body, a surfactant component, a binder, a calcium carbonate-containing extender component and water, a process for extruding and granulating the composition for agrochemical granule and a process for drying the granule.
