An outdoor repellant system for providing an insect controlled region at ahome, restaurant orbusiness. The repellant system includes a plurality of repellant devices,wherein each repellantdevice includes a fixture, a support member and a stake configured to beinserted into a supportsurface, such as the ground. The repellant device also includes a device wirethat extendsthrough the fixture, the support member and the stake. The device wires arecoupled by aconnector with an internal adaptor to a main power line that is routed alongthe support surfaceand electrically connected by a programmable controller to a primary powersource. The fixtureincludes a number of internal components, including a volatilizing unit thatensures the properdisbursement of repellant through the fixture to provide the insect controlledregion.
