A pillow for a patient interface structure configured to deliver a flow of breathable gas to a patient, comprising: a neck portion defining a passage in communication with a plenum chamber configured to receive the flow of breathable gas from the plenum chamber； and a conical portion extending from the neck portion and comprising an orifice configured to deliver the flow of breathable gas to the patient and a sealing surface configured to engage the naris of the patient. The conical portion is constructed and arranged such that a superior surface of the plenum chamber is rotated away from the upper lip of the patient when the pillow is inserted in a naris of the patient.
