PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation of an occupant who performs left-turn operation or right-turn operation to turn a moving apparatus, by determining whether the occupant intends to turn left/right or change a lane.SOLUTION: The moving apparatus includes a locating device for locating the moving apparatus, a positional information DB on turnoffs which indicate positional information of the turnoffs existing in a route network where the moving apparatus can move, and a calculation device for an angular velocity instruction value. The calculation device calculates an angular velocity instruction value for left turn at the turnoff, if a distance from a position of the moving apparatus when an operation unit is operated for left turn, to the next turnoff is a predetermined value or less calculates the angular velocity instruction value for lane change to the left side if the distance when the operation unit is operated for left turn is the predetermined value or more calculates the angular velocity instruction value for right turn at the turnoff if the distance when the operation unit is operated for right turn is a predetermined value or less and calculates the angular velocity instruction value for lane change to the right side if the distance when the operation unit is operated for right turn is the predetermined value or more.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】搭乗者が左操作または右操作を加えると移動方向を変える移動装置の操作を簡単化したい。搭乗者が右左折を意図して操作したのか、車線変更を意図して操作したのかが判別できないと操作を簡単化できない。【解決手段】移動装置の位置を特定する位置特定装置と、移動装置が移動可能な経路網に存在する分岐点群の位置情報を示す分岐点群の位置情報DBと、角速度指示値の計算装置を備えている。計算装置は、操作部が左操作された時の移動装置の位置から次の分岐点までの距離が所定値以下であれば当該分岐点で左折する角速度指示値を計算し、操作部が左操作された時の上記距離が所定値以上であれば左側へ車線変更する角速度指示値を計算し、操作部が右操作された時の上記距離が所定値以下であれば当該分岐点で右折する角速度指示値を計算し、操作部が右操作された時の上記距離が所定値以上であれば右側へ車線変更する角速度指示値を計算する。【選択図】図1
