PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for treating urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and other pelvis defects or functional disorders, in men and women, the device and method use one or more side implants for reinforcing a supporting tissue of an urinary tract.SOLUTION: An implant 30 is configured to be fitted to a pelvis tissue, and pull the pelvis tissue (pull up) for tightening a side tissue of an urinary tract such as a pelvis fascia, and reducing sag of the tissue, for achieving excellent support.
