The present invention relates to instant food including functional fish cake with medicinal herbs, which is cooked immediately on order. More specifically, according to the present invention, powder from several medicinal herbs for preventing or treating adult diseases is mixed with fish meat, flour and rice flour to supply fish cake or instant food on the spot when instant food is used as a meal in a food stand on a street, a small restaurant or a Chinese restaurant and the like； and when fish cake or instant food for preventing hypertension is requested on order, herbal powder including powder of gastrodiaelatablume is added on the spot to prepare and supply requested food including fish cake. Contemporary people have tendency to have a simple diet because of busy schedule or an attempt to lose weight, thereby failing to be supplied with necessary nutrients and have a unbalanced diet such that health is adversely affected. Therefore, according to the present invention, provided is instant food which can give good effects on health of an eater and prevent diseases, thereby contributing to health of the people. In addition, the present invention is necessary as the purpose thereof is to provide instant fried fish cake, fish-shaped bread including medicinal herbs.본 발명은 즉석 주문에 의하여 공급되는 한약재를 포함한 기능성 어묵을 비롯한 인스턴트식품에 관한 것이다.상세하게는 길거리나 분식집 또는 중국음식점등에서 인스턴트식품으로 식사를 대용하고자 할 때, 성인병을 예방하고 치료하는 여러 가지의 약재 가루를 어육, 밀가루, 쌀가루와 함께 어묵 또는 인스턴트식품으로 즉석에서 공급하는 것이며, 즉석주문이 고혈압방지를 위한 어묵이나 인스턴트식품을 원한다면, 천마가루를 포함한 한약재가루를 넣어 즉석에서 어묵을 비롯한 요구식품을 만들어 공급하는 것에 대한 즉석 주문에 의하여 공급되는 한약재를 포함한 기능성 어묵을 비롯한 인스턴트식품에 관한 것이다.현대인들은 바쁜 시간에 쫒기는 상황과 다이어트 등의 건강문제로 인한 간편한 식단으로 필요한 영양분을 공급받지 못하고 편식을 하게 되어 건강을 해치는 결과가 발생하곤 하여, 식용 자의 건강을 위한, 질병예방을 위한 인스턴트식품을 공급함으로서 국민건강에 기여하는 것이 필요하다.또한, 한약재가 포함된 즉석주문 어묵 및 붕어빵 등을 제공하는 것을 목적이므로 필요한 발명이다.
