PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device having variable focal depth and facilitated in manufacturing.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device includes: a first substrate 11 in which first ultrasonic elements 16 for emitting an ultrasonic wave in a first direction 15 are aligned and a second substrate 10 installed while overlapping on the first substrate 11, in which second ultrasonic element 18 for emitting an ultrasonic wave in the first direction 15 are aligned.
