PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely perform follow-up of a home oxygen therapy.SOLUTION: A home oxygen therapy management device which is used in combination with a pulse oximeter for measuring the biological parameter of a patient and an oxygen supply device for supplying high concentration oxygen to the patient at an oxygen flow rate value set independently of the measurement result of the biological parameter, comprises: acquisition means for acquiring information on a spot measurement value of the biological parameter and the oxygen flow rate value in the high concentration oxygen supply and creation means for creating analysis information including a distribution map of the spot measurement value of the biological parameter on the basis of the acquired information. The biological parameter contains arterial oxygen saturation or arterial oxygen tension. The creation means creates the distribution map by plotting a mark indicating the spot measurement value of the biological parameter for each measurement time.
